New Zealand Story's reviews (81)
Nothing special. I really don't see what other reviewers seem to love about this place, which to me is just a regular café with regular sandwiches. The most overrated place in the Jamsil area among Mango Plate's reviews (which is skewed in the first place due to the same person reviewing it multiple times). I would stop by if I were around the area, but that's it.
One of my favorite restaurant in Seoul. I am always upset with many restaurants and cafes in Korea. They blast musics so loud (same music as the one you hear in clubs). This is not the case with NZ Story. The music is smooth... Great jazz or folks music gently played in the background... As for the food... What a delight. Fresh, tasty and healthy. You can't go wrong. Finally the interior design is so unique. I wish more places would be like this in Korea. NZ Story is creative and knows how to cook. NZ Story I love you!
Cozy atmosphere with lots of foliage around. Got the Moroccan chicken sandwich and oceanlicous salad, they were both delicious. The drinks were also very tasty. Wine ade and a mint mojo to. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
An amazing, humble eaterie. What impressed me the most about NZ Story was the atmosphere :) You can tell that a lot of love went into building this vintage cafe. Like a previous reviewer wrote, their food isn't Michelen level but for the prices and overall experience, NZ Story is a winner. A 4.7 rating isn't doing it justice :)
Lovely service, super delicious food and cocktails, prices very reasonable for the high quality food. Instagram worthy atmosphere with lush greenery and quaint deco. Will definitely be back.
